Bloom Landscape Design
As the main sponsors of the event Mazda’s show space occupied the first point of visual contact for the majority of visitors to Bloom 2013. Mazda wanted to create a dramatic and lasting visual impact for all visitors. This was achieved through the use of large floodlights suspended above the show cars. The final design reflected Mazda’s Japanese Origins as well as acting as a visual beacon from the wider area.
Maggie Blackley exhibited a dramatic sculpture from Johnstone Marble a deeply veined reddish stone quarried from Glanworth in North Cork.
Cathal O’Meara Landscape Architects were commissioned to provide design and construction management for the event.
